Low temperature regulating valve installation tips:
Check if the valve parts are damaged or loose. Those mediums which are harmful for human health must have intensity, sealing, leakage and accuracy tests.
Clean pipes and valves, remove impurities and oil before installing. The user can make specific cleanliness requirements especially in no oil places. The choosing of lubricants must consider the ban of the working medium so as to avoid any accidents.
We should pay attention to coaxiality for the flange which connects the
valve and pipe. Flex-joint connection should be adopted between the connection plate and the cold box of the flange for the upper valve cover as far as possible.
We should consider safety of workers and equipment on the installation site. It should be not only convenient for operation, but also conducive to disassembly and maintenance.
The valve should stand upright and be installed vertically on the horizontal direction of the pipe, install aslant if you have to. Use a support frame to fix the valve when there is large vertical and vibration.
The medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body. The air current should be dry and oil free. Valve should function under the temperature of minus 30 ~ 60 ℃.
In order to keep manufacturing, we should install bypass valve under the condition of auto control system failure or maintenance. The flow feature and path of the bypass valve should be the same as the regulating valve.
